This access is located under the Pine Hall Road Bridge.  There is a small parking area at the top of the bridge between the railroad tracks and the bridge.  Rocks under bridge are a little steep so be careful when accessing the river.  NC DOT recently replaced this bridge with a new one so area under where old bridge should be easy to get down to the river.

When you come down river, access will be located on your right.  You will start to see smoke stacks and hear industrial sounds on the right.
